Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Rescheduling that take place 24 hours or less from the scheduled appointment date will be charged 50% of the service cost. Clients who cancel same day will be charged 100% of the service cost as will No-Show clients. Clients who are 15 minutes late maybe asked to forfeit / reschedule their service and may be charged accordingly. Thank You for understanding, Joyful Lashes
